Matthew Moradian
Development
Matthew has over twenty years experience in real estate and development. He is experienced in project administration, design, planning and permitting. In his spare time he likes to travel and participate in snow sports like skiing and snowshoeing.
Chris Moradian
Construction
Chris is a seasoned builder with nearly forty years construction and real estate experience. When it comes to construction he has seen it all before and will always know just what to do. He likes to spend his holidays in a small Italian village called Vieste.

Carolina Luckie
Building Designer
Carolina is a registered architect from Mexico with local Canadian experience in residential and industrial projects. She will translate your ideas to blueprints and her efforts are to design functional and beautiful spaces. Carolina is a runner and animal lover.
Andrea Parra
Marketing
Andrea is our design and marketing expert, she studied design in Mexico, Italy and Canada. She has excellent taste and fresh ideas. Andrea loves animals and children and likes to spend her spare time with her dog and nephews.
Alexandre Machado Ruiz
Architectural Visualization
Alexandre does all of our architectural visualizations, he can make make a photo realistic image of your project or even a fully immersive virtual reality walk through. Alexandre loves to try craft beers at different breweries in his time off.
